achine washable, gentle cycle, mild detergent, nothing small to chew off, for pet's safety.
How to warm up heat packs: place the terry cloth pouch with your dry rice in the microwave to warm up the heat packs. Please do not place the puppy stuffed toy in the microwave, do not heat bags in the microwave either – they will spark. Please follow directions that come with the puppy toy. Please remove contents of stuffed animal when washing. Please always use this puppy toy under close supervision.

Our mother's heart beat dogs are not intended to be used as chew toys. Do not let your dog (or child) chew on any part of them. If the heartbeat dog becomes damaged, discontinue use immediately. Use under adult supervision only

Great item
We purchased this after bringing home our new puppy. She cried and cried for days during the night. I did research online to see what we can do to help her and found this great little dog. The heartbeat was very soothing, and she learned to sleep at night by herself. We are very grateful for this item.
